John Black Graham (1822-1912) of Charlestown, MD, is often referred to as the founder of the Cecil County style of gunning decoys. He and members of his family made thousand of decoys, with several different styles evolving over the years. This decoy is in very good structural condition with old working repaint and rigging. It has both mandible and nostril carving. Buyer pays shipping.
