Columbus "Lum" Fletcher Canvasback Drake
Lum Fletcher (1867-1942) was from Swan Creek, Md.  He worked for the Pennsylvania Rairoad worked as a huntting and fishing guide around Havre de Grace.  He is known for his large, sturdy decoys many of which had high heads.
 
This particular high head drake is from the Lou Pennock and has the L. PENNOCK brand.
