Beautiful canvasback pair made by Charlie Joiner, Chestertown, Md. Signed and Dated circa 1965 by Charlie at a later date, after 1982. Joiner developed his painting technique after visiting with the Ward Brothers in Crisfield. His birds are concidered the best painted of the Upper Bay Decoys

Still, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase after you receive it, you may return it for a full refund (less fees if you paid by credit card) as long as the decoy is returned within two weeks in the same condition that it was in when shipped to you. You are responsible for shipping costs for returns.
